Working Student (f/m/d) in Marketing

Your Responsibility

Create compelling marketing collateral and content, including sales materials, brochures, mailings, ads, and more.
Assist in planning and executing brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
Help organize industry conferences and science-driven webinars.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with and manage external agencies and service providers to ensure successful project implementation.

What you need to succeed

You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Initial practical experience (through internships or projects) in B2B content marketing, preferably within the CRO/CDMO, biopharmaceutical, or life sciences industry, is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex scientific content clearly and comprehensibly.
Strong interest in scientific topics and a natural affinity for the life sciences industry.
Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and creative tools (e.g., Adobe XPress) is a plus.
