Purpose of your Job
Our Commercial Unit is looking for a new colleague, who wants to be part of our Client Project Management Team in Martinsried close to Munich or from remote to take our Client Project Management (CPM) to the next levels. 
The Client Project Manager (CPM) is a critical role within the Commercial Organization, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful closure. The CPM collaborates with Business Development, Account Management, and the Technical/Operational Team managing projects to remain within financial frameworks, meeting agreed client timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CPM also ensures alignment among all internal and external stakeholders across all project phases. Furthermore, the CPM leads the setup and compilation of project amendments, guaranteeing clarity and alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

Your Responsibility
Project Management (PM):
  • Plan and manage entire projects in the field of Drug Product development, including analytical services, by using appropriate project management software and PM tools.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Track project performance using appropriate PM systems, tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and present detailed project management reports.
  • Ensure project management documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.
Stakeholder Coordination & Customer Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during ongoing projects.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate regular updates and communications between the client and internal teams.
  • Organization, scheduling, and planning of in-person project meetings.
  • Serve as the liaison between Commercial, Operational and Financial Departments at Coriolis ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project – from sales to execution and billing.
  • Ensure all project requirements and deliverables are clearly understood and met by all parties involved.
Amendments and Scope Changes:
  • Lead the amendment process in ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and suggested project scope changes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams at Coriolis to gather necessary information for amendment compilation, having an overarching view of the services available at Coriolis.
What you need to succeed
  • Master’s degree, PhD or comparable higher Education in a scientific area (pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, chemistry etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial objectives within projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
