Purpose of your Job

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in our Office Management team at our site in Martinsried, you will actively contribute to accompanying and monitoring technicians, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, as well as supporting reception and general administrative tasks.

Your Responsibility

Accompanying and Monitoring Technicians:

Assisting and supervising technicians during their work in the laboratory and on company premises.
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Documenting completed work and reporting any irregularities to the relevant departments.

Organizational and Practical Tasks in Office Management:

Reception duties, including welcoming and assisting visitors as well as handling phone and email correspondence.
Replenishing and ensuring the availability of refreshments in office kitchens, including stocking coffee machines.
Supporting the organization and execution of internal events and meetings.
Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the office management team.
Responsible for creating and updating the laboratory maps.

What you need to succeed

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
Independent and reliable working style
Friendly and professional demeanor
Good organizational skills and meticulous working habits
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Good command in German and English, both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work 10–20 hours per week
