Contract Manager (m/f/d)

The position holder is responsible for the creation, negotiation, support and implementation of the contractual basis between Coriolis and its clients and cooperation partners for development, analytical, research and cooperation projects.
Contract management
  • Responsibility for confidentiality agreements, service agreements, cooperation agreements, research agreements, technology agreements and license agreements
  • Evaluation of the required contractual conditions for formulation development, analytical and research projects
  • Negotiation of contractual provisions, such as IP and liability provisions, with clients, in cooperation with external consultants, including patent attorneys and legal advisors
  • Transfer of contract provisions in project processes
  • Template management of all contracts

Operative functions 
  • Interface to the clients (for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing of contracts)
  • Interface to BD (monitoring of the bidding process on the contractual side, coordination and processing of amendments)
  • Interface to project team (inform on relevant contract provisions in legal transfer meetings, transfer of contract contents into project processes)
  • Interface to accounting (transfer of contractual invoicing conditions)
  • Evaluation of results, reports and publications in client and research projects with regard to intellectual property and the contractual terms of the individual projects
  • Scientific expertise in the field (pharmacy, chemistry, biology) - preferably with PhD
  • Contract management experiences

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge
  • Very good analytic skills
  • Very good communication skills and language understanding
